About Me
I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental and positive environment for my clients. A typical session includes listening to what concerns you have, offering support and validation, guiding you to use your inner wisdom in finding effective ways to manage or cope and going over a couple of skills that may be helpful in re-training your thought and behavior patterns. I have worked in the social service and counseling field since 1996 with adolescents, families and adults in a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, group homes, foster homes, and in private practice.
